Thanks everybody for following my blog. It has been a pleasure. I am going back to Calgary, Canada tomorrow for the summer so this blog will be in-active until late August. Here we are going out to my favourite restaurant for Peruvian food. One of my favourite dishes every is Aji de Gallina. I can't recommend it high enough.
